CalosCo's Catering was founded by Chef Phil in November 2010 and out of the company's vision. CalosCo's Catering has catered to customers with our American Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, Southern Cuisine, Jamaican Cuisine, Mexican Cuisine, Hawaiian Cuisine, Lousiana Creole & More. Our promise to each customer is that your food and dessert will be created in excellence and it will "Taste So Good, It'll Bite Cha Back."

Chef Phil was born in Atlanta, Ga. He began his culinary career at the age of 17. Chef Phil graduated from Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Atlanta. Upon graduation, he started catering events such as: Weddings, Ordinations, Private Parties and more for 50 to 300 people.

Along the way he has catered for movie sets at Pinewood Movie Studios for Movies such as; "Black Panther," "Avengers: Infinity War," "Avengers: Endgame." His goal was to become an Executive Chef. Well on his way to making his dreams a reality, Phillip is now the proud owner of his own catering and bakery company.
