PRIVATE DINING SERVICES:

 

Once your request form is submitted, AND APPROVED - A 50% deposit is required at booking time.

 

Labor, Set Up, Travel and Employee charges reflects rising food and operational costs, and helps cover staffing, equipment, and logistics. It is not a gratuity but supports the chefs, coordinators, and teams working behind the scenes to ensure your experience is seamless. We value your partnership and are committed to transparency in all we do.

 

Service Time:

There will be 4 to 5 hours maximum for event services. (Including the 2 hour set up time)

***$35.00/hour after 4 to 5 hours

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

Please have all pets put away during dinner. Clients will also be issued an invoice separate from this contract.

 

Private Chef Service Options (Prices may vary depending on food choices)

ALL OPTIONS INCLUDE: Table Set up, Décor if needed, Music, One bottle of House Wine, and Water.

 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:

We understand unforeseen circumstances sometimes happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, the following guidelines:

 

If you CANCEL:

Please alert us (assistant.caloscent@gmail.com or 404-732-5946) of all cancellations as soon as possible.

Cancellations are available until 7 days prior to your event. 7-day notice (excluding Saturday and Sunday) will not be subject to a cancellation fee

Any cancellation within 7 days of scheduled service time will not receive any refund. If you do choose to cancel, 25% of your deposit will not be refunded.

 

-30 Days prior or Date of booking: a 50% Deposit of total is required.

Deposits are non-refundable.

 

14 days prior: 50% of remaining balance (if total hasn’t been paid is due full)

 

7 Days prior: REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE. Event total should be paid IN FULL.

 

*If total is not paid in full by 7 days prior, booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund.

 

In case of inclement weather, events can be rescheduled with a penalty but not canceled.

Once you submit a request via the form below, you will receive a response within 72 hours.
