Fees:

- Once your request form is submitted, AND APPROVED - A 25% deposit is required at booking time.

- If you live over a 15 mile radius, there will be traveling fees added to your balance.

- Other fees included in service total: Labor, Equipment Usage, Staffing, & Set-Up/Break-down Fees.

Service Time:

4 hours maximum for private chef services.

***$35/hour after 4 hours

 

Important Information:

- Please have all pets put away during dinner.

- Balance needs to be paid in full 7 days prior to event date.

- NO ONE IS BOOKED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID.
- Clients will also be issued a contract and invoice separate from this form.
- All out of state services will require an additional contract.

- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
