Fees:

- Once your request form is submitted, AND APPROVED - A 25% deposit is required at booking time.

- If the event is over a 15 mile radius, there will be traveling fees added to your balance.

- Other fees included in service total: Labor, Equipment Usage,  Staffing, & Set-Up/Break-down Fees.

***Prices may vary depending on food choices.

 

Important Information:

- Quotes will be given after an order form is filled out.

- Balance needs to be paid in full 7 days prior to event date.

- DATES/SRVICE IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID.
- Clients will also be issued a contract and invoice separate from this form.

On date of event, there will only be a four-to-five-hour window that will begin from the start time on the          order form. Anything passed those windows would result to additional fees.
- All out of state services will require an additional contract.

- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

Once you submit a request via the form below, you will receive a response within 72 hours.

Catering Service Rates (Prices Will Vary Based off Supplies/Food/Beverage Selections):
- One Protein & Two Sides only ($35.00 to $45.00) per person

- Two Proteins & Two Sides only ($50.00 to $65.00) per person (Prices Vary)
- Beverage Separate Cost ($20.00 to $25.00) - per gallon (Prices Vary)
- Plates, Cutlery, Cups, Napkins Separate Cost ($50.00 to $60.00) - per 50 guests (Prices Vary)
- Add ons: Bread, Appetizers, Salads, Sides, Dessert etc. are additional cost.
