Catering Services:

 

DAY OF EVENT

CalosCo’s staff will be on site for (2) hours before the start of the event (the 2 hour mark includes set-up. All additional times requested will be billed at $25.00 per hour per staff - the 2 hour starts at the 15 minute mark (If Applicable).

 

SERVICE TIME:

There will be 4 to 5 hours maximum for event services. (Including the 2 hour set up time)

 

Move Fee: If your location changes after we have set up your party you may be charged a $45 move fee to cover the labor.

 

Verification requested: In our effort to provide you with outstanding service we will request a few minutes of your time upon arrival to verify where set up is with the catering attendant. The process is to ensure that your event is  being fulfilled for the day is exactly as requested.

 

Labor, Set Up, Travel and Employee charges reflects rising food and operational costs, and helps cover staffing, equipment, and logistics. It is not a gratuity but supports the chefs, coordinators, and teams working behind the scenes to ensure your experience is seamless. We value your partnership and are committed to transparency in all we do.

 

Although we try to be as accurate as possible, the client is responsible for the final review. To avoid any delay, please review the contract carefully including: delivery address, everything provided, all dates and times, etc.

Please have 3-4 tables provided for set up at your requested location so our catering team can set up your buffet.
