Fees:
- Once your request form is submitted, AND APPROVED - A 25% deposit is required at booking time.
- If the event is over a 15 mile radius, there will be traveling fees added to your balance.
- Other fees included in service total: Labor, Equipment Usage, Staffing, & Set-Up/Break-down Fees.

Important Information:
- Quotes will be given after an order form is filled out.
- Balance needs to be paid in full 7 days prior to event date.
- DATES/SERVICE IS NOT RESERVED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID.
- Clients will also be issued a contract and invoice separate from this form.
- On date of event, there will only be a four-to-five-hour window that will begin from the start time on the order form. Anything passed those windows would result to additional fees.
- All out of state services will require an additional contract.
- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
