After going through his Instagram page and being impressed with EVERYTHING I saw I contacted him and he responded immediately. From that moment on Phil has been extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectations. He made me sample cupcakes and that was probably the hardest decision I had to make because every flavor was delicious. The cake turned out delicious and looked beautiful. I gave him creative control on the cake design and he didn't disappoint. My nana (The Legendary Queen of Funk, Chaka Khan) is very picky with her desserts but she had to take some back to her hotel for later that day. Blue and yellow are his favorite colors and key lime is his favorite flavor. His whole party went head over heels for the dessert! Not a single piece went to waste! It was so flavorful and moist! My aunt grabbed me the first chance she got to make sure CalosCo's would do the cupcakes for her baby shower. For the past several months, I've had the honor of being the photographer and videographer of Executive Chef Phillip Whitaker. I enjoy every second I get to capture Chef Phil's dishes! I love how much he pays attention to detail. I enjoy the variety of colors with his plates as well. Not only does Chef's dishes photograph well, but they also taste just as good as they look!
